Payment options

You pay after placing your order, by one of these:

• Bank transfer or deposit to our BPI, BDO or Security Bank account.
• GCash to our GCash number.
• QR Ph: scan our QR code with GCash, Maya or your bank's app. Most Philippine banks and e-wallets can pay a QR Ph code.

The account numbers and the QR code appear at checkout when you choose a method, and again on your order page.

How it works

1. Place your order and choose how you will pay.
2. Send the order total to the account shown, or scan the QR code.
3. Upload a screenshot of the receipt on your order page. The link to it is in your order confirmation email. You can also send the receipt on Messenger.
4. We check that the payment arrived and email you once it is confirmed. Then we get your order ready.

We hold your items for 48 hours from when we send you the total. If the payment has not arrived after 24 hours we email you a reminder; an order still unpaid after 48 hours is cancelled and the items go back on sale. Already paid? Upload the receipt and the order stays put while we check it.
